2025 Assistance Programs

These are the assistance programs being offered to members using funds from the American Rescue Plan. Members can apply online using the links below. Contact the office if you need a copy of the application mailed to you.

2025 ARPA Vocational and Workforce Development Program - Updated

The purpose of the Native Village of Georgetown Job Training Scholarship Program is to financially assists tribal members in acquiring new job skills to members that may have lost their employment or suffer from underemployment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Job training and vocational training can provide the means to expand the employment opportunities of tribal members in need in fields that are in greater demand and/or provide higher pay. This year’s program has been reduced to a maximum amount of $2,500.

This program is open until December 31st, 2026 or until funds have been spent, whichever comes first.

Travel and Lodging have been added as allowable expenses. Link to application
